Returns

We currently do not accept returns once a product has been delivered, unless there is a valid issue such as:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or expired product
  • There was a mismatch in the item delivered

In such cases, we will provide a free replacement, subject to product availability.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, with original packaging, labels, and in saleable condition.
  2. Your location must be serviceable by our logistics team for an exchange pickup.
  3. Items must be reported for exchange within 7 days of delivery.
  4. If your item was part of a promotional offer or had a free gift, the gift must also be returned for a full exchange or refund.
  5. Perishable items like seeds cannot be exchanged if the packaging is opened or damaged.
  6. If you choose to self-ship the return, ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.

To begin the exchange process, you must provide a valid proof of purchase.

 Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved after inspection of the returned item:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you self-ship the product, return shipping costs will be borne by you.

 Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account or card statement.
  2. Contact your payment provider (bank or credit card company).
  3. If the issue persists, reach out to us via the contact details available on our website.

 Shipping for Returns

You are responsible for shipping costs if returning a product. The shipping time for exchanged items may vary based on your location.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Agrovatsya FPO is registered.
